Having used Sunny s Chinese takeaway, iv found the fish and chips are really good, I even travel from the far side of town for them.
However I got fish and chips on a Wednesday evening an found the fish was not nice at all, the batter was soft so much so it stuck to the flesh of the fish, so it wasn’t great.
I complained and was offered a replacement meal ona different day, so I went on the Friday and was given a free fish and chips. Well I got I home an the first thing I noticed was the same soft batter, not one bit was crispy. I can only assume they have got another chef/fryer whatever they call him, but he she needs to fry the fish longer to make it more crispy,
I may have to find another good fish and chip shop.
