We are an independent, artisan bakery based in Norfolk that specialises in
simple, honest produce made using traditional techniques and high-quality
ingredients. Find us in Norwich, Aylsham and markets across the county
every week.
Terms and Conditions1. Bookings and cancellations policyBookings are made on a first come first served basis on receipt of full payment.Amendments to bookings can be made 28 days prior to the date of the class and if you are unable to attend you are welcome to send someone else in your place. Unfortunately we cannot give refunds.If you are unable to attend on the day due to illness or adverse weather conditions please let us know as soon as possible. Our booking and cancellation policy does still apply however at our discretion. We will try to offer an alternative date that suits you but please note that it may not be the next course.In the unlikely event that the class has to be cancelled we will give you as much warning as possible and you will be offered either a full refund or an alternative class.2. IllnessIf you have vomiting/ diarrhoea within 48 hours of the class please do not attend. We are working in a food handling environment so you could potentially spread harmful viruses/ bacteria to the food or other participants. Our booking and cancellation policy does still apply however at our discretion. We will try to offer an alternative date that suits you but please note that it may not be the next courseIf you have any cuts/ grazes that need a plaster please let us know at the start of the class. You will need a brightly coloured plaster to comply with health and hygiene regulations.3. ParticipantsWe advise that our courses are suited to children over 12 years old. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. If you have any accessibility needs/ requirements then please speak to a member of staff before the class begins and we will try to assist you where possible. 4. Weather conditionsIf you are unable to attend a class due to adverse weather then please let us know as soon as possible. Our booking and cancellation policy will still apply however at our discretion. We will try to offer an alternative date that suits you but please note that it may not be the next course. Alternatively you are allowed to let someone else go in your place.
