The Cornish bakers for pasties, sausage rolls, cakes, bread & confectionary. We have bakeries in St Austell, Fowey and Newquay Nile’s Bakery was founded in 1955 by Leslie Nile and his wife Chrissie. They started out of a kitchen at Alexandra Road in St.Austell then when his son John came in they then progressed to a shop which is by the Capitol Bingo and still around 60 years later. Leslie then bought a building in Morven Trading Estate which they converted into a bakery, from then on they expanded the business and then progressed to more shops, attracting more customers. The business by now had expanded to 5 shops and 3 cafes ranging around Newquay, Fowey and St.Austell
