I once made the brave decision to try sushi while I was visiting Japan. Following that, I immersed myself in new culinary experiences, and it was then that I understood the true art of sushi preparation. So, I experimented with making several kinds of sushi over the years, including temaki, nigiri, sashimi, maki, and even hot sushi rolls, until I finally developed my own recipe. As a result of these experiences, I now often create sushi professionally and enjoy it with my family. This culinary art form is something I want to teach others how to make because I think it can be healthier and more affordable to make sushi at home than dining out at restaurants. When you join the XLsushi community, you will be devoting your time to a discipline that goes beyond cooking a meal; it’s a journey including accuracy, inventiveness, and taste exploration. Lastly, I would like to remind you that the realisation of potential is the first step on the sushi journey.
