Caxton Grill restaurant in Central London takes top quality, seasonal ingredients and cooks them to perfection. With a rooftop kitchen garden our passion for sustainability and sourcing local ingredients has been the inspiration and source for many of our dishes.
Food steps rather than food miles. Our Head Chef works together with our gardeners to plant and grow an abundance of vegetables, fruit and herbs on our rooftop garden; harvested daily this fresh produce influences many of the dishes on our menus. This oasis in the sky is filled with beds, pots, a greenhouse and bee hives, where our delicious honey is made.
