I visited the garden centre cafe with 6 other family members on Saturday 29th March. I know the staff will recall our visit as we asked to be seated near the door due to my claustrophobia. However, the food and service was very good. The problem I had was with 1 member of staff who quite rightly went outside to serve foods etc to customers, but she left the door open every time. This I could understand to a degree, but after us asking for the door to be closed this 1 staff said ” well i am coming in and out with foods “. This then changed to her deliberately leaving the door open whilst she came in and made coffees at the machine and serving this to customers inside and NOT going back outside. I will not be returning to the cafe as I feel this was poor customer relations.
